Inspired by sapphic party goers in 1920s Paris and Weimar Berlin, Madechen in Uniform explores traditional mens styles as a sensuous play on femininity. Breaking down structure through the use of soft, tactile fabrics such as silk crepe de chine and super fine wools, the collection subverts the notion of masculinity in its delicacy.
